Personal information given to Costa Rica Dream Makers for the purposes of communicating with website visitors and responding to their requests is not stored on this website in any way. Costa Rica Dream Makers does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Information Usage

Any personal information submitted to Costa Rica Dream Makers will be used only for the purpose for which it was sent, including replying to emails, making phone calls, etc.

Sharing of Information

Costa Rica Dream Makers does not sell, rent or otherwise share website visitor's personal information with any third party organization.

Computer Tracking

This website is not setup to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is only used for internal purposes.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If you anticipate having to shorten your stay we suggest you purchase travel insurance separately.

COVID-19

Reservations made after March 16, 2020 will not be covered under our extenuating circumstances policy.

COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements. The cancellation policy will apply as usual.

Our policy is intended to protect guests from unforeseen circumstances that arise after booking. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer apply because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen nor unexpected.
